Manfrotto 504PLONG plate with clamp

The Manfrotto 504PLONG plate is a common plate style for video applications, but it's suitable for stills, too. This is a sliding plate system with plenty of travel to help balance awkward rigs on your tripod head. Includes a clamp which can be attached to any 1/4" or 3/8" thread.
