How to order

If you're in Victoria, we encourage you to stop into our shop and see our inventory for yourself. But if you can't make it in, not to worry! We can still (probably) help you out.

If you'd like to place an order for delivery, simply get in touch by phone or email to let us know what you're looking for and where you'd like it sent. We can provide additional information on the item you're interested in and describe your shipping options. You can pay by credit card over the phone, or we can send you a Paypal invoice- your choice. We charge only actual shipping costs.

A few important notes:

  • We will only ship to your registered credit card address or Paypal confirmed address.
  • We will only ship by fully trackable methods- no exceptions. Items over $500 value require signature confirmation. We can provide a quote including postal insurance on request.

Frequently Asked Questions

Can I order an item from you and pick it up from the shop when I'm in town- or have someone pick it up for me?

You sure can. We can hold items for up to 90 days, and in-store pickup is free. Contact us to make arrangements.

I only want to order a small part, can you send it to me without tracking?

No- we only ship by tracked methods.

Come onnnn

No.

Do I have to pay for shipping?

Yes- we don't build shipping margins into our prices. You always pay our lowest price for equipment, and only pay for actual shipping costs. There are no handling or other fees tacked on.

How does the warranty work?

All our same warranties apply to items ordered by mail. Once you receive your item, you have two days to return it for any reason. If you decide to keep your item, our 90 day warranty applies from the time of receipt; if you decide to send it back, just let us know and forward us the tracking number for your return within two days of receipt.

Probably! Contact us to make arrangements.
