Some useful information about the holidays

We're open until end of day December 19th for in-person shopping, from 10AM-6PM. Masks are absolutely required for entry. In order to maintain social distancing, we are only allowing two customers in at a time. We want to make sure that we help as many visitors as possible, so please be aware of folks trying to get in and plan your visit accordingly.

If you want to minimize your social contact, we have several options: You can order for in-store pickup right from this website, so you can just grab and go. We’re also offering free next-business-day, no-contact delivery in our service area for the month of December; you’ll see that option at checkout if it’s available to your address. And of course, we can ship anywhere via Canada Post. We also have gift cards available both in-store and online.

IMPORTANT HOLIDAY DATES & DEADLINES

We'll be open all our regular hours until end of day on Saturday, December 19th. After that, well be closed for renovations (and a brief holiday) until the new year.
We will re-open on Tuesday, January 5th, 2021, refreshed and ready to help you make the best of the new year, whatever it brings.
We’ll be accepting orders for local delivery until end of day on Monday, December 21st for delivery on the 22nd. Local delivery orders placed after the 21st will be delivered when we reopen in January.
Mail orders placed during our shutdown will be reserved for you and shipped as swiftly as possible, but do expect delays.
If you’re hoping to have items delivered by mail and you want to receive them before Christmas, please order as early as possible. We ship everything out as quickly as we can, but it’s going to be a busy season for the post office, so plan accordingly. We can't guarantee delivery by any specific date.
We're accepting equipment for evaluation until end of day Friday, December 11th, 2020. If you can't bring in your equipment by then, please consider dropping it off with us in the new year.
If you need to rent equipment over the holidays, please contact us for details. We haven't previously allowed rentals over our break, but it's been an upside-down year and we want to make sure that you have every opportunity to take the holiday gigs that might come your way.
