Rentals for business

If you represent a business or organization, you can set up an account for others to use.

Please consider setting up an account ahead of time. It costs nothing to do so and ensures that you'll always have equipment available to you as seamlessly as possible.

Setting up an account for your business is very similar to setting up an individual account.

  1. Select a representative who will be responsible for authorizing rentals. This person will be our primary point of contact and will be responsible for coordinating the safe return of equipment.
  2. Create an account for the representative. Be sure that they've read and understood the rental terms and conditions and our FAQ.
  3. Have the representative stop in with their ID (A current driver's license or Government Services card) for verification.

Once the account is verified, the representative will be able to authorize others to pick up and return rental equipment. Depending on your preferences, it is possible to keep a standing authorization on file, or to require single-use authorizations.

STANDING AUTHORIZATION
If you'd like to keep certain folks on file, send us a list of authorized renters by email to info@camera-traders.com. Please be aware that it's your responsibility to keep this list up to date.
ONE-TIME AUTHORIZATION
You can also authorize a one-time pickup. You can do this by sending an email to info@camera-traders.com with the name of the person renting the equipment and, if you wish, a list of equipment that they're authorized to rent.

If you have any questions, you can call us at (250) 382-6838, send an email to info@camera-traders.com, or visit us in person.
