    2. Read the Rental Terms & Conditions (~72k .PDF)
    3. Bring a valid photo ID (A current driver's license or Government Services card) to the shop for verification. Make sure that your address is up to date and matches the address on your registered account. YOU MUST BE PRESENT IN PERSON TO VERIFY YOUR ID.

That's it! Once you're signed up, you can book equipment online, by phone, or in person at our shop. If you have any questions about any of these steps, please don't hesitate to contact us.

If you have rented with us before, drop us a line and we'll help get you set up.

If your ID does not have your current address, please bring an additional piece of official documentation with your name and current address. This can be a phone bill, bank statement, lease paperwork, school registration, or similar.

DO I NEED TO BRING IN MY ID IN ADVANCE?
It is a very very good idea to complete your entire registration- including bringing in your ID for verification- in advance. If you wait until the last minute and you do not have the correct ID, you will not be able to rent equipment. It's in your best interest to make sure that everything is in order before you actually need to rent equipment. Please contact us ahead of time if you are not sure that you have the right ID.

MMMWELL I AM PRETTY SURE I CAN BRING MY ID AT THE LAST MINUTE AND EVERYTHING WILL BE OK

WHAT DOES A RENTAL "DAY" MEAN?
Rentals may be picked up as early as store opening on the agreed-upon beginning of the rental term, and must be returned by the end of store hours on the next business day.

    WHAT HAPPENS ON WEEKENDS?
We are closed Sundays and Mondays. Any equipment picked up on Saturday may be returned Tuesday by the end of store hours and will be charged as a single-day rental.

WHEN CAN I PICK UP THE EQUIPMENT I'VE RESERVED FOR RENTAL?
You can pick up the equipment you've reserved any time during our business hours on the day of your reservation.

CAN I PICK UP THE EQUIPMENT A DAY BEFORE MY BOOKED PICKUP DATE?
We can change pickup and return dates pending availability, but additional day rates will apply.

CAN I PICK UP OR RETURN RENTAL EQUIPMENT ON DAYS THAT YOU ARE NOT OPEN?
    You can not.

IF I RETURN MY RENTAL EARLY, DO I HAVE TO PAY FOR THE DAYS I DIDN'T USE?
If you plan to return your rental early, please let us know as soon as possible so that we can give others a chance to book. Early returns without notice will not be discounted.

CAN YOU MAIL ME RENTAL EQUIPMENT?
No. All rentals must be picked up in person at our physical location during business hours.

CAN SOMEONE ELSE PICK UP MY RENTAL EQUIPMENT FOR ME?
For security, we discourage sending anyone else to pick up equipment on your account. However, should it be necessary, please contact us ahead of time and we can make arrangements.

WHEN CAN I RETURN THE RENTAL EQUIPMENT?
You can return the equipment any time during our business hours on the agreed-upon day of return.

CAN SOMEONE ELSE RETURN MY RENTAL EQUIPMENT FOR ME?
Yes- but make sure that you're sending it in with someone you trust to get it here on time and in good condition. If it is late or damaged in transit, you're still on the hook for the extra charges- even if it's your buddy's fault.

CAN I MAIL BACK THE RENTAL EQUIPMENT?
    No.

CAN YOU TEACH ME HOW TO USE THE RENTAL EQUIPMENT?
We can give you general advice on how to handle the equipment, but we aren't able to give you a complete lesson on how to use it. If you are planning to rent equipment that you have never used before, we advise that you locate its instruction manual and give it a thorough reading before trying to use it. If you need help finding instructions, please let us know and we will do our best to locate them for you. We don't recommend walking into a shoot with equipment you have never used before, so you may also want to consider taking an extra day to familiarize yourself with rental equipment beforehand.

HOW DO I KNOW THAT EVERYTHING IS WORKING WHEN I GET IT?
We check each piece of equipment to make sure that it is functional before you rent it. However, it is your responsibility to verify the contents of each rental outfit before taking delivery, and to ensure that all parts are present and in good order. By signing the rental form, you are acknowledging that you have taken delivery of a complete and functional outfit. The rental equipment must be returned in substantially the same condition as it was delivered.

WHAT HAPPENS IF I LOSE OR DAMAGE THE RENTAL EQUIPMENT?
You are liable for any and all repair and/or replacement costs for any equipment that you rent. This extends to any lost or damaged accessories. Any equipment not returned within 7 days of the agreed-upon end of the rental term will be considered lost. Any replacement costs assessed are due no later than 30 days after the agreed-upon end of the rental term, or the equipment will be considered stolen.

WHAT IF I DON'T RETURN A PORTION OF THE OUTFIT?
If you don't return a part of your rental equipment, replacement costs for the missing items will be assessed immediately. If you return the items within 7 calendar days, these charges will be refunded.

IF I BRING THE RENTAL EQUIPMENT BACK A FEW DAYS LATE, DO I HAVE TO PAY FOR THE EXTRA DAYS?
    Yes you do.

IT TURNS OUT THAT I DIDN'T USE THE EQUIPMENT I RENTED, DO I STILL HAVE TO PAY FOR IT?

IT TURNS OUT THAT THE EQUIPMENT I RENTED WAS NOT QUITE RIGHT FOR THE JOB, DO I STILL HAVE TO PAY FOR IT?
