Leitz MQUOO cable release
Here's an interesting one: a Leica MQUOO mouth cable release, released in 1954. Leica isn't always explicit about the intended uses for their equipment- I mean, they called this thing a MQUOO- but it's a safe bet that this was intended to allow their cameras to be used by folks who'd been injured in the war. The cable release also has a tiny long-exposure lock screw, which I guess is the camera equivalent of tying a knot in a maraschino cherry stem. It's clean, and in excellent condition, with smooth action and only minor cosmetic wear.
