Can't quite swing a Leica M3 right now? How about a Pax M3 instead? It's also a rangefinder, and it's a lot smaller and lighter, so that's a plus. And it has a built-in 45mm f2.8 Luminor Anastigmat lens. Are Leica lenses anastigmatic? I've never seen that word printed on one so I have to assume they're not. Plus the Pax logo is a red dot, so you're not missing out on anything there. In conclusion, the Pax M3 might be better than a Leica M3? I can't say for sure but there's a non-zero probability and that's math that I can get behind.
